At Veza, we want you to shop with confidence. All items are 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced from authorized boutiques in Italy.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Refunds All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Veza purchase.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at hello@veza.style with your order number and reason for return. 

Final Sale Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
